Liberty Bank takes pride in being a community bank, always helping with all types of banking needs. The commercials are all geared towards portraying a bank that will help with mortgages, small business, banking, savings...etc. Liberty Bank has also been great in refunding other bank fees. All that is great.....until you experience financial hardship beyond your control and need help paying the mortgage! Liberty Bank is horrible and shows the hypocrisy in the world of money. The ONLY mortgage assistance Liberty Bank can offer anyone (and in this case someone who has gotten laid off from work) is the ability to pay 1/2 your mortgage for 2-3 months BUT your credit score will be ruined! Why??? What happened to being a community bank? I know, it has nothing to do with people, or helping their customers. When did money become more important than the human connection we all share? People are getting really fed up with the banking system!
