no one to welcome you, have to sit and wait at the table until someone comes out, waitress was pleasent, but i could tell that everything came out of the freezer. There was a bartender just outside the restaurant & you would think he would let the staff know someone was in the rastaurant but mo such luck. And breakfast, no one again to wait on customers. I didn't have time to wait on their schedule, so I had to go out to get breakfast elsewhere
It was simply fabulous. The dinner was delicious, and the waiters were outstanding.
We waited 2hrs at our table andvwalked out with NO food. We ordered drinks whilte waiting, my beer was warm and the kids drinks came out after 45mins... horrible
This restaurant is the best place to eat, not only in Cromwell, but in the entire town. Sheffields is great and they are featured in the Entertainment Book, so you can get a BOGO discount if you so desire. One of the classic dishes of this establishment is the salad bar. The lettuce is fresher than all the other vegetables. Also if you get tired after a big meal, you can stay in the hotel, which is also featured in the entertainment book.
