Nice little car wash it's pretty entertaining to go in this place we're all their novelty statues and lights they have. So it can be fun for the whole family to go here cuz like I mentioned that on the can get your car cleaned there's stuff for you to look at in enjoyment.
Good car wash, nice staff, free vacuuming. I suggest going during business hours for do it yourself options, as the machines can be a bit flaky, both the change machines and the actual car wash controllers. They've always honored or fixed when a machine didn't work properly for me.
To sum things up I had a sick 2yr old and like all of us mother know, when they are sick they are sick! Needless to say Jose was as professional as they come and did an A+ job. He even gave me a wash! I have told my sister in law and co workers this is the place to go!
The young lady they hired is outstanding, attentive and very customer orientated. The rest of the crew are sloppy and careless. Self service bays stink and the water is ice cold meaning it does little to remove grime or bugs. No touchless automatic wash is also a bummer especially with a brand new car. Brushless cleans well but the foam beater brush that extends down on your hood as you exit the dryers is worrisome. One fleck of debris on that thing will ruin your paint. I do give them credit for improving the main wash but they need to go much further. Investing in automatic pay devices recently should have been secondary to other badly needed improvements. The new car wash opening across from Lowe's may move them into action. They'll likely lose a third or more of their customers when it would be easy to offer a better wash with what I mentioned. The new car wash appears to be automatic brushless only not touchless. Reflections car wash in Middletown has the best touchless ever!
