I'm extremely disappointed in this store, the management and their product. Purchased an over $700 "jacuzzi" brand whirlpool tub at this location since they had it in store. Hired people to install it when noted one of the tubes was twisted ( manufacturer's error). Cancelled installing and reached out to store's management to have damaged piece replaced. Spoke with Vicki assistant manager who couldn't get the part off and needed to find a new tub. My project was delayed. Vicki located new tub, stated she inspected it with her staff at the store and it's fine. Brand New tub arrived with protective plastic sealed around edges to prevent damage, the tubing was not damaged this time. Had people back to install it. After inserting tub in allcove, peeled the protective plastic off the edges and noted a crack in the corner that was partially covered up with some type of substance. Went back to store and spoke with manager Ryan who examined the jacuzzi pictures. He stated that no one in the store damaged the tub since they don't apply protective film on products. It must have occurred in the factory and someone tried to conceal damage by applying fiber glass to the cracked area. Ryan was to contact jacuzzi rep and request a replacement tub. My project was again delayed and rescheduled. In the mean time Ryan gave me tub spray paint and fiberglass and told me to glue it myself!!! Didn't hear from him for several days and had to hunt him down for a response. Finally, Ryan responded stating the jacuzzi company would not replace the tub or compensate for the damage since tub is already installed in the alcove. Ryan now started to turn the blame on the customer accusing me of not removing and inspecting the concealed crack under the protective plastic. After further complaints Ryan stated he will discount the tub $100 as well as give $100 gift card as a compensation for the damaged product. Few weeks went by and $100 refund didn't appear on the credit card. Contacted Ryan again who denies ever offering a $100 off the $750 tub and that he gave the $100 gift card and the paint and fiberglass for me to fix it myself.

What a great guy Jimmy is in plumbing. Quick to answer the phone & efficient in that he offers product availability AND the aisle to find it in! Better yet, if you don't write the aisle number down and need assistance when you arrive he'll walk you right to where you need to go. Now that's customer service! Whatever Lowe's is paying him isn't enough. Give that guy a raise!

I'm truly in disbelief how they treat customers at this store. I'm in shock that they sell customers purposely concealed damaged products and try to get away with this. I'm disappointed in the Lowe's company and management at this location. They cannot be trusted. The products they sell cannot be trusted. They have lost me as a customer. If you consider purchasing from this location take into consideration that they are dishonest. Perhaps choose Home Depot instead. Thier products appear to be of a better quality in general. For this store management shame on you for being dishonest, sell concealed damaged product and blame the customer for not looking for the concealed damage. Awful! Shame on you!

Srore is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and not overly annoying with "can I help you"

Chris in the paint department was a GREAT help with getting together what I needed 2 strip n re-stain a small deck and 4 steps up 2 the deck on a budget. He was very knowledgeable, and said he had used the product I needed with good results as long as you follow the directions, plus gave me a few tips I know know that no bottle or instructions could tell me. Considering I was doing all this with/for a 90 yr. Old woman who recently lost her husband, he was quick, knowledgeable, and very polite. Overall a great experience. Thanks again Chris

No help inside garden. Associate walked past me as I was struggling to load the Charbroil propane smoker on my cart. Great price and friendly nursery cashier
