I went in today during my birthday month (December) to redeem my free sandwich just to find out that if your birthday is in December, you have till xmas to redeem it before it expires. Thing is i didn't get the coupon till a week into the month...I had from the 7th to the 25th of December to redeem it which is much shorter than the month you normally get to redeem it (like for other birthday months). Not fair. They did discount my sandwich but that's only about 2 bucks instead of it being free...
The staff are courteous fast and make a great sandwich. I enjoy this restaurant I always have a good experience here.

Good sandwich shop with lots of options very delicious place to get food from definitely better than others I've been to which I will not name right now but you all know what I'm talking about
If it weren't for the rude manager I would give this place 5 stars because the food tastes great. I've been to this location many times though and witnessed customers with questions or complaints about their order get into nasty arguments with the lady running the restaurant. She always has a scowl on her face and gives off body language like she doesn't enjoy her job. Unfortunate.
