Never a bad experience! My animals love it! Affordable vetco clinics available for cats and dogs. Easy D-I-Y doggy wash station, just bring your own brushes and they provide the aprons, and towels! Many things to by from food for cats and dogs to small rodent supplies. Rewards program available as well! Staff are very polite and helpful!
First time in there today. Needed some Hamster supplies. They had decent prices and VERY friendly staff. Felt very comfortable in this store. Thank you!
Will not be going back. Staff needs to learn to keep condescending comments to themselves. If I choose a $6 bottle of turtle food over a $30 bottle, my money my choice. If the food is "ew" like she said, why is is being sold here and every other pet store I've been to?
Has a good selection of foods and toys but pricey. They also have a self service pet washing station that is pretty cool.
I have never had a bad experience here. This location is very tidy and clean, they offer onsite tubs for you to bathe your pets in and a variety of toys and food for them as well.
