Forgetting about us, they forgot to put in our order. On top of that brought out the wrong order the manager came and apologized so we ordered dessert and they forgot to put my order in and mine came out 10 minutes after my daughters. It was so bad they hostess even apologized when I left. The people next to us were even laughing and how horrible the service was. The only reason this place gets more than 1 star is because I do enjoy the food and the hot skillet.
I usually order takeout and I never have an issue. I have only been inside to eat a handful of times. Staff is friendly, only had one bad experience and it was corrected by management without hassle.

The restaurant looked nice and the staff were polite for the most part. They accidentally put cheese on my food after assuring me twice that they would make sure not to. When I tried to politely explain the issue, the waitress acted like I was attacking her. I probably won't go to that particular Chili's again.
