She is knowledgeable, professional, understanding, with excellent 'bedside manner', and very very good at her job. She always explains what she is doing, and more importantly WHY she is doing it. AND, she does her job with a smile.
Pathetic yo say the least. Stay away from Drs that dismiss you! They took oaths?? Lazy if your complicated! No medical reviews were sent to the new dr as they stated they sent! Medical records never received they confirmed.
Although it is a 50 mile round trip to see her, I would rather stay with a PCP that I trust and respect than find a new one.

I was kicked out of her practice because my
Dr. Lahtinen and her staff are great. They are very knowledgeable and concerned. I'm on a trip to California and the long flight coupled to a suppliment I'm taking (which I foolishly didn't discuss with my doctor) caused an issue for me. The staff immediately addressed my concerns and consulted me even from 3000 miles away. Moral of the story is even suppliments should be run by the doctor.
Dr Lahtinen has been my PCP for 10 years. I used to live in Cromwell, but moved a fair distance away. I did NOT change my PCP when I did.
I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
