Doctors here are great and so are the staff, they are usually very busy seeing multiple patients at a time. Expect some delay trying to see a doctor sometimes, bit that is more due to the amount of patients rather than staffing.
Shannon said wait and she would go up and see if she could find what I was here after. She was also carrying someone else in the elevator with her. That person has a stroller. After a few minutes she comes back down and tells me that it was just as she figured Dr. Siegel only did has to work. She constantly asked about on this with him on the weekends especially on Fridays he leaves things have done. I could not believe that his office manager was telling me that basically hey boss last without finishing his work for the day and she reiterated to me that this is a constant situation. She has to battle this every Friday. She was very rude and acted as so it was my fault that I was late when I was there at 10 minutes before 5pm. I actually met a lady as I was getting onto the elevator who is just leaving Dr. Siegel's office on the third floor and I tried to go to the third floor and it would not allow me to. I explain this to her in great detail and told her I was doing what I was told to do and it's really frustrating that we continue to have these type of things happen I'm told one thing and another thing is what really and truly happens. I asked her what she please pass a message along to Dr. Siegel and tell him that I was asking pissed I never used a curse word with her I never curse at her I never curse towards her I only said what she leave a message and express my concerns to Dr. Siegel. She said that she would leave a message for him in case he worked on Saturday and the script would be ready for me to pick up on Monday and I explained to her that's fine my mom wasn't having dental work done it wasn't a problem I can pick it up on Monday but I just did not appreciate the fact that they have me over here walking up and down stairs and trying to get into an office when I was here in plenty of time and it was closed early. She said she was just now closing the elevator down. When in fact the elevator had been shut down since 10 minutes until five when I got on it the very first time and then had to get off at the second floor and walk up and down the second to the third floor stairs I tried the emergency phone that was on the wall and it was dead nothing work I tried to call their office and all I got was answering machine.
I have been to other doctor offices and this is the first office that has not had me wait for an appointment and the doctors spend quality time with me every time I go. The doctors I've met are all amazing especially dr williams. The staff all across the board were incredible. I will never go anywhere else.
I will continue more.....
I am writing today this message on the review board and rating this establishment with 1 star as a result of the physician, specifically, Jonathan Siegel and his practice manager Shannon for termination of my being a patient. This was due to an incident that occurred last Friday. Involved was practice manager Shannon and myself. She told me that this is normally the way Dr, Siegel does things - meaning tell the patient one thing and it is not done when the patient arrives. We were told to come to the office to pick up a script by 5:30. I actually showed up at 10 minutes till 5 pm and the elevator was on the 3rd floor. As soon as it came down I got on and pushed 3 and it would only flash. Idisnotknow what that meant as I have never seen it before. So I get off at the 2nd floor and the lady in the office below says to go up the stairs and go Thru the door. So - I tried. The door was locked and the phone on the wall was not working that was on the 2nd floor for emergencies.
Therefore, I hobble back down the stairs to floor 2. Please note I have a cast boot on my left foot and a brace on my right knee, walking with a cane and have a back brace on to help support my injuries from an accident. When I get back down to the 1st floor on the elevator around the corner walks a lady that I recognize from Dr. Siegel's office I asked her to help me and she aid no they were closed. I explained to her that I have. Even here for more than 10 minutes going up and down the elevator and it would not work. She told me she was just turning the elevator off as they were closed. I tried explaining to her the situation and she appeared as though she could really care less what my needs were and that I had just went up and down stairs in the brace, boot cast, and cane and back brace.
Dr. Weiss is such a sweet and kindhearted doctor! I absolutely adore her and highly recommend her!
I really like this practice. It is huge-- quite a few doctors and lots of nurses-- but it seems to run really well. Administrative things (like forms filled out for school, etc.) are done quickly and well. My doctor was Dr. Lamphier and he was great, but he's just moved away, and I haven't met my new one yet. The nurses are fabulous with my six year old, very patient when he needs vaccines, etc.
