I've used Lapels for a few years now and have never had an issue. Bernie and the other folks working there know me by name and always take time to make sure I'm taken care of. Quality work for both cleaning and tailoring. Also, a great loyalty discount program that has saved me a lot of money over the years. Would definitely recommend!

I picked up the coat finally today and there is no resenblence of gas!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING and truly a miracle. My Michael Kors down feather coat is BRAND NEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About a month ago I was wearing a Michael Kors down feather coat and due to a gas pump malfunction while pumping gas, gas sprayed all over the front of me! I was devasted, as I paid a lot of money for this coat...(as you can imagine...)

I thought the coat was ruined. He was very honest and said he would do all he could, only charging me what the cost was to dry clean the coat, originially- $19! I insisted him to charge me more and try everything he could on the coat. He said no worries and would do his best.
