We originally started going to Timely Cleaners because they are close to home. However, the owner is an elderly gentlemen who isn't able to see as well as he once did. I got shirts back with more stains than when they went in. The prices reflect a first rate dry cleaner but the service doesn't add up. There's 3 more dry cleaners in a .5 mile radius... any one of them will do a better job.
I have tried a bunch of cleaners in the area. They are the best. I have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Went in to have a jumper hemmed. I picked jumper up and once I got home realized that the requested inches were not taken off. Went in to notify them that it was still too long and the wife of the owner immediately accused me of trying to get work done for free. Explained to her that if jumper was hemmed properly the first time there would be no need to repay or get it redone. She was not even there when I intially dropped the item off. Then her husband came up front and agreed with her. I will never do business here again. Extremely rude and unprofessional. First rule in consumer business the customer is always right.
