They charge me $50 fee for an extra messy room because they claim things were unplugged (that part was true) and face plate of air conditioner was off and coffee maker broke (that part was not true). They did not knock at the door the guy house keeper at 11:30am force his way in will door lock on when I had a late check out for noon. Did not apologize and yelled check out was at 11am when exiting and front desk manager did nothing about it. These are snapshots of room 222 I stayed in with property owner to prove that nothing is damaged. As I was still in area for business. This is the first time I had an issue like this in my 6 years of travel on business.

The hallways had a weird smell to them - like they were once smoking halls, and they were relatively dim. The breakfast food was nice as a free inclusion, served from 6:30-9:30am; it included a buffet-style arrangement of drinks (orange juice, water, iced tea and grape juice), which were great - scrambled eggs which were basically unedible, overcooked and tasted cheap - sausages which were similar to the eggs - a selection of cereal which were just fine (with milk included) - fresh coffee/tea options with milk/cream/sugar - yogurts in a small fridge below the counter and a waffle maker which I did not use, but it seemed others who had used it were happy with the results. Overall, the breakfast is a nice addition to look forward to in the mornings - but not a deal maker at this point as the "main" items (eggs and sausage) are pretty poor and lacking in terms of anything else that might make it a "continental" breakfast (bacon, pancakes/etc).

Decent hotel at an affordable rate. Room was clean, well appointed. Hot breakfast was ok, but didn't have much variety. Still, for the price, the hotel is an excellent value.

The furniture in the room was questionably put together - several drawers wouldn't close properly; one of which was completely out of alignment and caught on the one above it; and the desk chair was literally assembled backwards - it reclined forward which made using it very awkward.

That said, there were a few problems.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this Quality Inn - the room was perfectly clean, the interior was well furbished, room size was good, bed and sheets looked/smelled/felt fresh and clean and were neatly tucked. The coffee was excellent - when compared to a stay I had in Boston at a Hyatt Regency which used a nearly identical machine, which had terrible coffee - the coffee here was absolutely superb. The desk was useful, the lighting built into the bed's headboard was beautiful, and the bathroom was very clean and well kept. There was an ice box in the room, and an ice dispenser at the end of the hall, an included microwave and fridge which were nice. Also there was a moderate sized flat-screen hdtv, I'd say about 30", mounted on the wall which was nice - but I would've liked if I could have moved it away from the wall/up/down to make it more comfortable to view. The free included high-speed wifi was great, it wasn't wicked fast - but more than enough to comfortably stream netflix on a laptop.

Front desk was very rude and giving me a hard time . Beds was hard as rocks , my blanket for my bed had a pee stain on it . And horrible breakfast . I wish this place could be a little bit more up to date and brighter. On the bright side , no weird smells and no loud neighbors. But I will not be attending this hotel again . I came all the way from PA and was not impressed at all .

Ultimately, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I received and if I come back this time next year I will happily stay at this hotel again. However, I would definitely book it online as I paid almost double than what I could've had I used a site to book (still, I paid a rate I am not upset with).

The room was clean and comfortable. No weird smells. No loud neighbors. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent.
